Returns

We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order please return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt letting us know your name and order id for a refund. Goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in an unused condition together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. We are unable to refund postage charges.  For incorrectly delivered or damaged goods please see below #9

Items should be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

The return of goods is at your own cost and we recommend you use a recorded or secure delivery method to return your order to us.

To return a product, email info@hometextilewarehouse@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the product you wish to return and the reason.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

It is your responsibility to inform us within 3 days of receipt of goods regarding any products that were incorrectly delivered or damaged upon receipt. Contact us at hometextilewarehouse@gmail.com where we will resolve the situation promptly and issue you with a returns number if required. Please have your order id ready when contacting us.

Please do not return any goods that were damaged or incorrectly delivered before contacting us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
